Nice, 22 May 2026 — The X-FUN electric inflatable catamaran by Xtramarine has been awarded the prestigious Compasso d’Oro 2026, the most authoritative award dedicated to industrial design, assigned by the Association for Industrial Design (ADI) during the ceremony in Milan at the ADI museum.
“Stability and lightness, portability and ease of use come together in a product designed for a wide audience, confirming dynamism and creativity in a strategic sector” this was the motivation given by the international jury that awarded the prize.
The award recognizes a new vision of boating: accessible, sustainable, and radically innovative. Designed to combine ease of use, portability, and high-performance electric propulsion, the X-FUN catamaran range represents an advanced synthesis of functional design and freedom of movement at sea.
