The event “Flavors of Sicily from the Sea – Food, Wine, and Sustainable Nautical Tourism”, scheduled for July 9, 2025 at the Sala Bellini of the Sicilian Regional Assembly and the Port of Palermo, highlights Sicily as one of the Mediterranean’s most coveted destinations, thanks to its stunning landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and exceptional food and wine traditions.

The program is divided into two main segments: a morning institutional session featuring a thematic roundtable on sustainable nautical tourism—with the participation of regional and local authorities, environmental experts, boating industry representatives, and local producers—and an afternoon showcase titled “Flavors from the Sea.”

This unique demonstration introduces an innovative form of green delivery by sea our sustainable electric inflatable boats (X-FUN). Visitors and tourists will be able to observe the event from the docks and receive informative materials about sustainable boating and local excellence.

Organized by the local association InChorus together with Xtramarine distributor Aquatix in collaboration with key stakeholders, the event aims to promote a replicable model that integrates electric boating, responsible tourism, and the authentic identity of the territory.
